I have developed software applications since I was 8 years old – building an expertise in Java, C++, VB .NET and C# development. I can move easily from Linux to the intricacies of Windows Server, SharePoint, BizTalk, TFS, SQL Server, and Oracle and more. Personable, energetic, with a zeal for learning, I have over 20 years of Program Evaluation, Performance Measurement, Project Management, People Management and Strategic Planning experience with government, not-for-profit and private sectors. Working in various departments and agencies of the federal government, on international and domestic files, I bring an inside understanding of the technical competencies, strengths and challenges facing the Public Service. I have facilitated numerous workshops in Project Management, Program Evaluation, Train-the-Trainer and Change Management. I also have significant experience in stakeholder consultations, policy analysis and reporting, program monitoring and evaluation, qualitative and quantitative experimental design and analysis, contracting, grant/proposal writing, corporate planning, business process re-engineering and supervision.
