The Problem Solving courses at SETC Training Ottawa teach you how to solve problems using systematic logic. Our training includes strategies that allow you to list causes, identify potential solutions, select the most likely solution and apply the chosen solution. Problem solving is discussed from both a human and a logic perspective. You learn to manage the emotional context and to master related analytical skills in order to become exceptional at problem solving. The Problem Solving Training courses at SETC Training are practical and hands-on and feature an experienced live instructor and a 50:50 theory to practice ratio.
