I am a passionate, highly trained, experienced instructor, and entrepreneur. Tackling technically complex, real-world business problems, motivates me to develop engaging, comprehensive and relevant courses and materials. A strong believer in lifelong learning, I completed my Chartered Financial Analyst designation – and bring that industry-recognized financial expertise to my Leadership, Project Management and other management activities. I have developed software applications since I was 8 years old – building an expertise in Java, C++, C#, Python, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, TSQL, PLSQL and others. I can move easily from Linux to the intricacies of Windows Server, SharePoint, BizTalk, Azure, SQL Server, and Oracle and more. I have a team of dedicated instructors, carefully screened for their abilities and customer-focus, ready to help you move your career to the next level.

Working in various departments and agencies of the federal government, on international and domestic files, I bring an inside understanding of the technical competencies, strengths and challenges facing the Public Service. I have facilitated numerous workshops in Project Management, Program Evaluation, Train-the-Trainer and Change Management.
