Course Description

Policy makes the world go around. It intersects every aspect of our lives. A good understanding of how to analyze a problem and develop an effective policy solution takes knowledge, skills and practice. The course Public Policy Design & Analysis (Leadership Training) provides participants with practical tools to develop and improve public policy initiatives. Using relevant real-world examples, participants will develop a deeper understanding of each of the stages of the Policy Cycle –agenda setting, problem analysis, developing policy options, choosing a policy instrument, policy implementation and evaluation.
